Refund / Cancellation Policy
We do not provide refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance of the scheduled booking time unless it is the fault of the Company.
For UK residents we provide credit for future journeys instead of refunds unless it is the fault of the Company.
The credit we give for future bookings is always the same value as the refund.
Please allow at least 10 working days for refunds to be processed.
